You’ve hand-written SQL, actually read the docs (and source code when the docs fail you), chased down weird bugs across datadog, AWS infra, product analytics etc.T-Shaped
You have strong technical expertise in a single domain such as machine learning, cybersecurity, or full-stack development, and actively build competencies in complementary areas, leveraging modern AI tooling such as Claude Code and continuous learning to round out your skillset.
What You'll Do
Lead AI Projects
Design and develop custom AI solutions tailored to client needs—from concept to scalable deployment. You'll bring a product mindset, helping decide what to build, not just how.Drive Client Engagement
Serve as the primary technical liaison, working closely with clients to define requirements and ensure solutions meet their goals. You'll excel at stakeholder engagement across all levels—speaking the language of engineers while delivering clarity to executive leadership.Innovate & Iterate
Build prototypes, incorporate feedback quickly, and deliver robust, production-ready systems powered by LLMs.Contribute to Knowledge Sharing
Speak or write up insights from the week. Share them for your record, for the team, for clients, and for Casper's growing audience.
Location
This role is remote-friendly. We have team members in New York, San Francisco, Toronto, San Diego, and offshore.
